The Ksar Bicha team will help you submerge yourselves in the nomad way of life and you will spend unforgettable nights in a Berber tent, under the stars in the middle of the desert. The Ksar Bicha team runs the expedition and bivouac in the desert. The organization includes Berber tent accommodation, the preparation and serving of dinner and breakfast and also the entertainment. Everything needed is provided and of course included (mattresses, cushions, blankets and food.
To spend just one night with us we offer five different programmes.
Programme 1
1 hour 30 minutes on a camel Bivouac in a camping area where many hotels have their bivouacs. Accessible by quad or 4x4, but the silence of the desert is not guaranteed in this programme.

Programme 2
2 hours crossing the dunes by camel to the foot of one of the highest dunes in Merzouga. The bivouac is private, only for our clients in a very quiet place, a long way from other tourists. We return in the morning after having seen the sunrise and having had breakfast.

After a 3 or 4 hour camel ride crossing the Erg Chebbi we spend the night at the house of a nomad family situated in the Black Desert. We return in the morning after having had dinner and breakfast. 60 Є/person HB

Bivouac accessible by 4x4 40 minutes from Ksar Bicha. Passing by the South side of Erg Chebbi we spend the night at a bivouac on the other side of the dunes. We return in the morning after having had dinner and breakfast. 75 Є/person HB

Programme 5
After visiting the village and oasis of Merzouga we go to Lake Sirji and after to the village of Mirdani—an old village in ruins—also stopping at M’fis, the place where coal was extracted and the large majority of the population of Merzouga worked to earn a living. A very interesting day which is spent in or very near the dunes---the highest dunes in Morocco. After the village of Mirdani we continue to the Bedouin families in their tents at Kem Kem. After having tea there we return to Ksar Bicha at 4 pm, mount camels to cross the dunes and discover the secrets of the sea of sand. We will then stop at an isolated bivouac. There you can appreciate the silence of the desert and its natural beauty. You will see the sunset and spend the night in private Berber tent. The following day after seeing sunrise and having breakfast we remount the camels to cross the dunes once more on our return journey to Ksar Bicha to have a shower. This is the end of our service.
